Privacy policy

We ask for what Form SS-4 needs and nothing more. Here's exactly what that is, who handles it and what you can ask of us.

Who is responsible

Venxer Solutions LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company that operates EINZAP, is the controller of your personal data. Contact us about privacy at privacy@einzap.com.

What we collect

  • We never ask for your passport, national ID or a scan of them.

Legal bases (GDPR)

  • Contract: processing needed to provide the service you ordered.
  • Legal obligation: keeping business and tax records.
  • Legitimate interests: preventing fraud, securing our systems and improving the service.
  • Consent: optional website analytics. Use the cookie settings on this privacy policy page to accept, reject or withdraw permission.

Who we share it with

We share application information with the IRS as you authorize when signing your SS-4.

We also work with service partners to operate our website, securely store information, send order updates, process payments and refunds, review applications, and provide phone services. With your permission, partners also help us understand website usage and improve your experience.

  • We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

  • IRS documents and signature record (your signed SS-4, the 147C letter, your Articles of Organization, your SS-4 answers, your drawn signature and the signing record with name, IP address and browser): deleted 180 days after we send you your EIN.
  • Website analytics and usage data: kept for up to 180 days.
  • Payment and accounting records: kept for as long as the law requires.

You can ask us to delete data earlier unless the law requires us to keep it.

How we protect it

Files sit in private storage. Download links are temporary and expire within limited time. Order pages are reached only through your private link.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your data. Write to privacy@einzap.com; we answer within 48 hours. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

Essential storage supports requested features and remembers your privacy choices. Optional analytics stay off until you choose them. Analytics helps us understand website usage and can be stored for up to 180 days after you permit analytics. Necessary order processing, security logs and internal fulfilment records continue when optional analytics is rejected.

Children

EINZAP is for people aged 18 and over, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We'll post updates here and change the date at the top. Significant changes are emailed to customers with open orders.
