Why we built it
Founders outside the United States can't use the IRS online EIN application. That leaves fax, which can take weeks, mail, which takes longer, or an international call with long holds during US business hours, which often means the middle of the night at home.
We do the waiting. You fill in a short form in your own time and sign on screen. A trained caller, named as your Third Party Designee, gets your EIN from the IRS on the phone.
How we work
- Confirm and pay $24.
- Fill in the form. You give your LLC name, formation date, your name and address, and what the business does. We turn it into an IRS Form
SS-4 written for a foreign-owned LLC. - Upload your Articles of Organization.
- Review and sign on screen. Names, addresses and entity type are checked before you sign and name your Third Party Designee.
- We call the IRS. As your designee, we get your EIN from the IRS and email it to you within 24 hours (weekends excluded).
