Who is responsible
Venxer Solutions LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company that operates EINZAP, is the controller of your personal data. Contact us about privacy at support@einzap.com.

We never ask for your passport, national ID or a scan of them.

- Consent: optional website analytics, referral attribution and session recordings. Use Cookie settings on any page to accept, reject or withdraw permission.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and store data there. Some providers process data in other countries, including DeepSeek, which processes data in China. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where they are available, and we limit what we send to what each provider needs.

How we protect it
Files sit in private storage. Download links are temporary and expire within minutes. Order pages are reached only through your private link, and staff access requires a one-time email code and is logged.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@einzap.com; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
Essential storage supports requested features and remembers your privacy choices. Optional analytics, referral attribution and session recordings stay off until you choose them. Analytics uses PostHog and our own funnel events; referral and campaign information can be stored for up to 30 days after you permit analytics. Session recordings are a separate choice and are limited to public pages, with form inputs and visible text masked. PostHog is not loaded on intake, private order, tracking or admin pages. We keep the current consent choice for up to 180 days, then ask again. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional tracking off. Necessary order processing, security logs and internal fulfilment records continue when optional analytics is rejected.
Children
EINZAP is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll post updates here and change the date at the top. Significant changes are emailed to customers with open orders.
