Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Venxer Solutions LLC when you use EINZAP. Plain language, no tricks.

1. Who we are

EINZAP (einzap.com) is operated by Venxer Solutions LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we", "us"). By placing an order you ("you") agree to these terms, our Refund policy and our Privacy policy.

2. What we do

We prepare IRS Form SS-4 from the information you give us, and one of our trained callers, named on your form as your Third Party Designee, applies to the IRS for an Employer Identification Number (EIN) for your US LLC by phone, or by fax when the IRS requires it. We then deliver the EIN and related documents to you.

We are not affiliated with the Internal Revenue Service or any government agency. You can also apply to the IRS on your own. Our fee pays for preparation, the designee call and support.

We are not a law firm or accounting firm. We don't give legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing on our website or in our messages is such advice.

3. Who can use EINZAP

You must be at least 18 and the responsible party of the LLC, or authorized to act and sign for it. The LLC must already be formed with a US state and must not already have an EIN.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Give true, complete and current information, and check every line of your SS-4 before you sign.
  • Upload a genuine copy of your Articles of Organization.
  • Answer our questions promptly if the IRS needs a correction.
  • Use the EIN only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for the information on your SS-4. Errors in what you provide can delay or prevent the EIN.

5. Third Party Designee authorization

When you sign, you authorize the individual named in the designee section of your SS-4 to receive your LLC's EIN and to answer questions about the completion of the form. This authorization covers this application only and ends when the EIN is assigned and released to the designee, as described in the IRS instructions.

6. Electronic signature

You agree to sign electronically. Your drawn signature is placed on your Form SS-4 and has the same effect as a handwritten signature. We keep a record of the signing (time, IP address, device information and file fingerprints) as evidence.

7. Price and payment

The price is shown before checkout, currently $24 in US dollars, charged once. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

8. Timing, guarantee and refunds

Our 24-business-hour guarantee and our Refund policy describe when you get your money back. The IRS decides whether and when to issue an EIN. Apart from the guarantee, we don't promise a specific outcome or timeline, and we're not responsible for decisions by the IRS, banks, payment processors or marketplaces.

9. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Misuse

We may refuse or cancel an order, with a refund, if we believe it uses false information, applies for an entity without authority, or is otherwise unlawful.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. If something goes wrong, write to support@einzap.com first; most issues are solved in a day. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country still apply where they give you more rights.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.
